Refund policy

ONLINE RETURNS

We offer a 14 day returns policy, less the delivery charge.  Items must be returned and received within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

Anything returned over 14 days we offer a credit note only.

Refunds will be processed within 2/3 working days on receipt of your return.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to show on your bank statement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

SALE ITEMS 

Please note that all Sale items can not be refunded. You will receive store credit if returned within 14 days.

Special promotions/ discount codes we do not offer a refund.  You will receive store credit if returned within 14 days.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

We recommend using a delivery service that is reliable as it is your responsibility until we receive the return.

We do not cover the cost of any returns unless the item is faulty or you received the incorrect order.

Any faulty or damaged Items must be reported to us within 5 working days of receiving.

All Items returned must be returned with proof of purchase receipt.

All Items returned must be in the original condition with tags attached and for hygiene purposes must not be damaged or smell of smoke, perfume or have any makeup on it.

Please include your reason for return & contact number so we can process.

If you want to exchange an item, please let us know and we will contact you for P&P

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment only.
